Shenma Group, in order to deeply implement the core concept of the Group's "enterprise development, employee sharing", guarantee employee health, and truly achieve early detection, early diagnosis, and early treatment of diseases, uses employee health as a solid foundation for enterprise development.
Shenma Group launched its 2025 employee health check-up program from late February to the end of December, in a move to fully implement the group's core concept of "enterprise development, employee sharing," safeguard employee health, and ensure early detection, diagnosis, and treatment of illnesses. The aim is to build a strong foundation for enterprise development based on employee well-being.
The health check-up is available to employees of Shenma Group's affiliated and managed units. The check-ups will be conducted at the Shenma Group Medical and Rescue Center (Pingdingshan Shenma Hospital). To create a high-quality check-up environment and ensure orderly participation, Shenma Group has developed a schedule based on the number of employees in each unit, allocating specific check-up times for different units.
The Shenma Group Medical and Rescue Center has scientifically designed the check-up items, offering various packages for participating units to choose from. Units can add personalized check-up items based on the age characteristics and actual needs of their employees, implementing a "one-factory, one-plan" approach. To ensure the high quality and efficiency of this check-up program, the Medical and Rescue Center has meticulously planned and prepared, utilizing newly purchased advanced equipment such as a high-end rotating CT scanner, imported X-ray bone densitometer, imported ultrasound diagnostic instrument, and body composition analyzer for employee check-ups. The Medical and Rescue Center also maintains comprehensive employee health records to ensure check-up quality and conduct follow-up visits and health management for employees with abnormal results.
Furthermore, to ensure the physical and mental health of female employees in affiliated and managed units and improve the diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, and endometrial cancer (hereinafter referred to as "the four cancers"), Shenma Group actively conducted a comprehensive screening and treatment program for female employees from late February to the end of November.
