“The centrifuge's power is low during cleaning. Please check if the valves are operating normally.” On February 1st, at the No. 2 Chemical Plant of Nylon Chemical Company, the main control personnel were communicating on-site to jointly confirm the production abnormality. For chemical enterprises, long holidays have always been a key control period for safe production. The sub-factory, with the sense of responsibility of "long holiday as a major test, safety as the first priority," continuously improved the importance of safe production, earnestly implemented various safety management systems, and meticulously carried out various tasks to ensure a safe and excellent production process during the Spring Festival holiday.

Before the long holiday, the sub-factory organized personnel to sign safety production responsibility statements and letters by work group, achieving "full responsibility coverage, no personnel omissions." All employees clearly understood the group's safety goals, the safety elements of the equipment, and their respective safety responsibilities. A special inspection was conducted on fire-fighting equipment, important equipment, and emergency supplies, and a "grid-style" investigation was carried out on major risk points within the production equipment to prevent major risks. At the end of January, all staff jointly studied the "Group's Safety Production Irregular and Illegal Behavior Reporting System" and the "January 2025 Safety Office Meeting Minutes," effectively improving safety awareness.

During the long holiday, the sub-factory's on-duty personnel strengthened shift management and conducted inspections of production parameters, monitoring, and reserve materials. On January 31st, with a sudden drop in temperature, the day shift personnel found the "Adipic Acid Equipment Winter Antifreeze Measure Confirmation Form," and conducted a check item by item. They also conducted a special check on the doors and windows of the equipment at various levels, outdoor equipment insulation, and key instrument trends, and promptly handled production abnormalities caused by the sudden drop in temperature. February 1st marked the beginning of the new month, and the on-duty personnel conducted a special inspection of the fire-fighting equipment in their respective areas of responsibility and signed confirmation. Production personnel reminded and cooperated with each other to ensure stable production during the Spring Festival.

"Strengthening daily inspections and promptly handling production abnormalities are the key points of our holiday work." A team leader of the sub-factory instructed the team members during shift handover.
