On December 25, Shenma Co., Ltd. issued the "Notice on the Establishment of the Shenma Co., Ltd. Fire and Traffic Safety Committee" (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice"), establishing a fire safety committee and a traffic safety committee respectively. This aims to strengthen fire and traffic safety, and to rigorously and practically improve safety management.

　　The fire and traffic safety committees will be chaired by leaders from Shenma Co., Ltd. The office of the fire safety committee is located in the safety technology department, and the office of the traffic safety committee is located in the comprehensive department. Their responsibilities will be carried out through various means and measures, including formulating relevant safety production systems and regulations in their respective areas, handling various meetings and important activities convened by the safety committee, supervising and inspecting the implementation of decisions made by the safety committee meetings, and supervising, inspecting, guiding, and coordinating the safety production work of the member units of the safety committee.

　　The "Notice" clarifies the responsibilities of the fire and traffic safety committees, offices, and member units. It requires member units of the Shenma Co., Ltd. fire and traffic safety committee to strictly implement various safety production regulations under the guidance and coordination of the safety committee; to complete all tasks assigned by the safety committee with high quality and quantity; to actively participate in safety inspection activities organized by the safety committee; to proactively carry out special safety rectification work within their business scope; to promptly resolve problems and hidden dangers in production work; and to report the progress and details of safety work in a meticulous and thorough manner.

　　Currently, at the end of the year and the beginning of the new year, the weather is cold and rain and snow are frequent, making it a "high-incidence period" for fires and traffic accidents. The establishment of the Shenma Co., Ltd. fire and traffic safety committee will further enhance the risk control and hazard management capabilities of the nylon chemical sector, providing a solid guarantee for continuous improvement in safety production.
