"Difficulty in parking" has become a "pain point" in residents' daily lives. After on-site investigation, it was confirmed that the public space inside the community is tight, and expanding the bike sheds is unlikely, but the ground-floor commercial space is relatively large. It has been idle for a long time and can be transformed into a non-motorized vehicle parking lot without charging facilities.

In early August, the Party Committee of Shima Co., Ltd. actively promoted the renovation of the ground-floor commercial space, orderly arranged for the clearing of miscellaneous items, cleaning, scientific planning of the parking area, and installed lighting facilities. After nearly a month of close cooperation among various departments, the renovation work of the ground-floor commercial space was initially completed. Next, relevant departments will further improve the layout planning of the parking lot, enhance space utilization efficiency, comprehensively inspect and improve lighting facilities to ensure no dark spots, and properly equip and maintain fire safety facilities to create a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.
