With the arrival of the back-to-school season in September, the residents of the community bid farewell to the leisure of summer vacation, and the daily life in the residential area became livelier and more vibrant. In the early morning, with a light drizzle in the sky, residents of Heyuan Community took turns pushing their vehicles out from the ground-floor parking area, carrying their children to different schools. Heyuan Community is a staff residential area in the Nylon district, consisting of three 28-story residential buildings. It is a large community with over 1,000 households. Although the community covers a small area, it has good overall greenery, and the distance between buildings is large, making the living environment pleasant.

Originally, there were two bike sheds in the community, providing more than 400 parking spaces for residents to park and charge their electric bikes. In recent years, with the increase in the number of electric bikes, the limited parking areas can no longer meet the daily travel needs of residents. Non-motorized vehicles began to park disorderly, directly affecting public transportation, hindering residents' safe passage, and sometimes even blocking fire lanes, creating fire safety hazards. "You bumped into my bike." "You're blocking the way, how can others pass?" Neighborhood disputes over vehicle placement have gradually increased.

"Difficulty in parking" has become a "pain point" in residents' daily lives. Upon learning this, the leadership of Shima Co., Ltd. immediately went to the site to understand the specific situation and responded to residents' demands promptly. After on-site investigation, it was confirmed that the public space inside the community is tight, and expanding the bike sheds is unlikely, but the ground-floor commercial space is relatively large. It has been idle for a long time and can be transformed into a non-motorized vehicle parking lot without charging facilities.

In early August, the Party Committee of Shima Co., Ltd. actively promoted the renovation of the ground-floor commercial space, orderly arranged for the clearing of miscellaneous items, cleaning, scientific planning of the parking area, and installed lighting facilities. After nearly a month of close cooperation among various departments, the renovation work of the ground-floor commercial space was initially completed. Next, relevant departments will further improve the layout planning of the parking lot, enhance space utilization efficiency, comprehensively inspect and improve lighting facilities to ensure no dark spots, and properly equip and maintain fire safety facilities to create a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.

The problem of "difficulty in parking" for residents of Heyuan Community was successfully resolved, demonstrating the Party Committee of Shima Co., Ltd.'s attention and care for employees' lives, as well as its pragmatic commitment to fully implementing the "Two-Body" ideological and political work method and resolutely addressing various urgent and difficult issues faced by employees.
