To thoroughly implement the spirit of the CPC Central Committee’s Eight‑Point Decision on Improving Party and Government Conduct and its detailed rules for implementation, and to maintain a sustained effort to uphold proper conduct and strict discipline, during the Mid‑Autumn Festival, the Discipline Inspection Commission of Shenma Shares, in coordination with the Group’s Discipline Inspection Commission and in collaboration with the Company’s Safety Production Department, conducted a special inspection on work style and discipline using the “four noes and two straights” approach. With a tone of strictness and concrete measures, this initiative ensured that efforts to improve work style remained unwavering and uninterrupted throughout the holiday period.
The inspection team conducted oversight and compliance checks at a series of entities, including the Curtain Fabric Development Company, the Nylon Chemicals Company, the Engineering Plastics Technology Development Company, the Aramid Company, the Bolaimai Company, and the Huawei Company. Adhering to a problem- and goal-oriented approach, the team focused on conduct and disciplinary issues that are particularly prevalent during holiday periods, concentrating its efforts on critical areas such as duty‑roster management and adherence to disciplinary regulations. Key areas of verification included whether each unit has firmly assigned responsibility for on‑duty arrangements, whether these arrangements have been properly implemented, and whether on‑duty personnel are actually present. The team ensured that inspections were thorough and targeted, addressing specific cases and underlying problems directly, thereby guaranteeing comprehensive oversight with no blind spots and no mere formalities.
At each unit visited, the inspection team arranges for on‑duty personnel to sign in on the spot and verifies each individual’s identity, ensuring that attendance is confirmed through a “face-to-face, matter‑by‑matter” approach. This rigorous process firmly prevents occurrences of vacant posts, understaffing, and unauthorized shift swaps. The team also uses alcohol breath testers to conduct on‑site screenings of on‑duty staff, strictly addressing any violations of alcohol consumption during holiday duty periods. Such measures resolutely prohibit behaviors such as reporting for duty under the influence or drinking during shifts, thereby safeguarding disciplinary red lines and maintaining high standards of professional conduct.
The inspection team emphasized that improving work style is an ongoing effort. All units must elevate their political awareness, deeply recognize the importance of upholding discipline and conduct during holiday periods, and proactively place discipline and rules front and center. Party members and cadres at all levels must remain constantly vigilant about disciplinary requirements, strictly observe duty‑roster and integrity regulations, ensure that they uphold their responsibilities even during holidays and maintain strict discipline despite time off, thereby fostering a clean and upright festive atmosphere through exemplary conduct.
This special inspection campaign during the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday has further strengthened all cadres and employees’ awareness of integrity, adherence to rules, and safety. Moving forward, the Discipline Inspection Commission of Shenma Shares will remain steadfast in upholding a rigorous approach, conduct regular oversight and inspections of work style and discipline during holidays, and continue to intensify supervision, disciplinary enforcement, and cautionary education. Any violations committed in defiance of regulations or emerging in disguised forms will be promptly addressed, rigorously investigated and punished, and publicly disclosed, ensuring that the holiday is observed with integrity and safety.
