Shenma Co., Ltd. has recently established the Ningdong Nylon Chemical Project Preparation Team to clarify the division of responsibilities among personnel and ensure the steady progress of various tasks during the project preparation phase.

The preparation team is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and command during the project preparation phase. By holding key meetings, reviewing major issues, providing advisory support for project decision-making, and promptly resolving significant bottlenecks encountered during project preparation.

The preparation team is divided into three working groups: the Process Engineering Optimization Group, the Production Elements Optimization Group, and the Investment Strategic Cooperation Group. The Process Engineering Optimization Group is responsible for technical route demonstration, process design optimization, equipment selection recommendations, and techno-economic evaluation; the Production Elements Optimization Group handles raw material resource assurance research, utility engineering and supporting facilities planning, environmental protection and safety pre-assessment, and policy and regulation research; the Investment Strategic Cooperation Group is tasked with conducting multi-level and diversified investments, selecting strategic partners and negotiating, securing government support and preferential policies, and designing joint venture cooperation models.

On December 28, 2024, the signing ceremony for the Ningdong Nylon full industry chain project was held in Yinchuan, Ningxia. The Ningdong base plans to build two industrial sectors: chemical and coal mining, with the chemical sector constructing the full nylon industry chain project. In early August this year, the environmental impact assessment document for the 450,000 tons/year integrated caprolactam project of the full nylon industry chain was submitted to the Ecological Environment Bureau of the Ningdong Energy Chemical Base Management Committee for review and approval.

The Ningdong Nylon Chemical Project is an important part of Shenma Co., Ltd.'s ongoing deepening of the "East引 West进 Out to Sea" development strategy. Moving forward, Shenma Co., Ltd. will focus on key elements, integrate and optimize various resources, and efficiently carry out specific tasks during the project preparation phase to lay a solid foundation for the smooth progress and early production of the project.
