On the afternoon of November 7, Shenma Shares organized a traffic safety education and training session in its first-floor conference room, featuring a special lecture by Yang Jihua, an expert from the Traffic Management Division of the Municipal Public Security Bureau.

Yang Jihua delivered a presentation titled "Details Matter: Safe and Civilized Travel," covering five key areas: "The Current Road Traffic Safety Situation," "The Root Causes of Frequent Road Accidents in China," "Common Traffic Violations and Dangerous Driving Habits," "Strategies for Safe and Civilized Driving," and "Precautions for Driving Under Adverse Conditions."

Yang Jihua explained during the briefing that traffic safety incidents are primarily caused by four key factors: people, vehicles, roads, and the surrounding traffic environment. Among these, drivers' failure to comply with traffic regulations stands out as the single biggest contributor to accidents. Cultivating civilized driving habits is essential for ensuring road safety—drivers must adopt disciplined practices, firmly avoiding violations such as running red lights, speeding, drunk driving, distracted driving, and driving while fatigued. By anchoring driving behavior in a strong sense of rules and exercising caution at all times, we can effectively safeguard ourselves, our families, and society as a whole, building an impenetrable barrier against traffic risks. At the training session, employees who have consistently maintained a safe driving record with the company also shared their driving experiences and valuable insights on road safety with everyone.

Traffic safety is an essential component of the safety management system. Moving forward, Shenma Corporation will organize experts to continuously conduct specialized traffic safety training within the nylon sector, comprehensively enhancing employees' awareness of traffic safety and their ability to manage risks, thereby ensuring the safe commute of all workforce members.
