Staff from all departments and offices of Shenma Shares enthusiastically signed up and actively participated in the competition. Zhu Baoxia, chairperson of the Shenma Shares union, came to the scene to cheer on and encourage the contestants.

In the "plank" competition, a female contestant kept her back straight, supporting her body steadily on her elbows and tiptoes, maintaining perfect form throughout the entire duration. 3 points, 5 points, 8 points... As time went on, the pressure and soreness in her body multiplied accordingly.
