In the afternoon of February 14, the signing ceremony for the "Two Letters and One Agreement" among the leadership team of the integrated management unit of the nylon sector of Pingmei Shenma Group was held in the First Conference Room of Shenma Shares. Li Benbin, Deputy General Manager of China Pingmei Shenma Group, attended the ceremony. Relevant officials from the departments and grassroots units of the nylon sector of Pingmei Shenma Group also participated in the event.
It is understood that the signing of the “Two Documents and One Agreement” this time is an important step in implementing the Group Party Committee’s “Four-System” reform requirements. It also represents a key component in further deepening and expanding the reform of Shenma Shares’ Product Division and promoting the “Chain Leader + Factory System” management model. The aim is to further integrate resources across the entire industrial chain, strengthen intensive and efficient operations, tap into technological potential, and amplify synergistic effects—thus leveraging collective strength to accelerate the company’s move toward high-end nylon materials and other cutting-edge, high-tech fields, and continuously enhance its overall competitiveness and industry influence.
At the meeting, responsible persons from relevant departments of Shenma Shares provided an interpretation of the “Management Measures for the Compensation of Heads of Integrated Management Companies in the Nylon Sector.”
Li Benbin said that we must focus on key tasks, accurately identify the strategic priorities and top-level directions for reform, ground our efforts in reality by tackling critical areas, addressing shortcomings, and strengthening weak links. We should benchmark against advanced practices, tap into our full potential, and make concerted efforts to enhance quality and efficiency. At the ceremony, Li Benbin and the principal officials of the integrated management unit for the nylon sector signed the “Annual Business Performance Responsibility Letter,” the “Term-Based Business Performance Responsibility Letter,” and the “Appointment Agreement,” respectively.
