After the extended Spring Festival holiday, production and business operations are gradually returning to normal. To thoroughly implement the provincial emergency management department’s deployment for safe production following the holiday and effectively prevent and mitigate various safety risks, Shenma Shares has proactively planned and steadily advanced all relevant safety production tasks after the holiday, ensuring efficient and stable production and operations.
From February 25 to 26, the Safety Production Department of Shenma Shares actively organized production personnel from various units within the nylon sector to watch the special lecture titled “The First Lesson After Resumption of Work.” The lecture was delivered via an online “cloud classroom” livestream. The content covered common safety risks and hazards faced when resuming production after the Spring Festival, key points for safety management in critical production processes, implementation of enterprises’ primary responsibility for safe production, as well as recent fire accident warnings, methods for identifying fire hazards in daily life, precautions for daily electrical and fire safety, and standardized operating procedures for common fire-fighting equipment. This effectively enhanced the production personnel’s awareness of safety precautions and their ability to respond to emergencies.
In response to potential issues such as inadequate equipment maintenance, non-standard operator practices, and lax on-site management that may arise after the holiday period, the Safety Production Department of Shenma Shares has established an inspection team. Using the “four noes and two direct” approach, the team has conducted in-depth inspections at multiple production sites within the nylon sector. The inspections involve reviewing safety management records, checking equipment operating conditions, and questioning employees about their knowledge and skills. The focus of these inspections is on key areas including the control of major and dynamic risks, pre-job safety training for employees, the storage, transportation, and handling of hazardous chemicals, and the closed-loop rectification of hazards identified before the holiday. Any problems discovered during the inspections will be promptly reported on-site and given a specific deadline for corrective action. We are firmly committed to preventing workers from returning to work with existing health or safety issues. The team is also urging all units to strictly fulfill their primary responsibilities for safety production, meticulously identify and address potential hazards, and effectively eliminate safety risks at their earliest stages.
Next, Shenma Shares will continue to strengthen the building of a sound work ethic among management personnel, keep the string of safe production taut, closely monitor critical hazard sources, key equipment, and vital job positions, deepen the identification and remediation of potential hazards, enhance safety training and emergency drills for employees, and truly integrate safety responsibilities into every stage of the production process and instill them deeply in the hearts of every employee. All cadres and employees of Shenma Shares will carry out all specific tasks related to safe production with even stricter standards, more practical measures, and a tougher work style, thereby safeguarding the healthy development of the company through concrete actions.
