Shenma Shares: Building a Robust Data Fortress to Ensure Cybersecurity

As the digital era accelerates, AI agents—represented by OpenClaw (commonly known as “little crayfish”)—are spreading rapidly across the internet. While these agents can streamline human workflows, generate content at scale, and boost operational efficiency, they also pose significant risks, including unauthorized system operations, core data breaches, and compromise of business systems.
To fully implement the principal responsibility for cybersecurity, prevent and mitigate cyber and data security risks, and ensure the stable operation of information systems and the security of core data, Shenma Shares recently conducted a special cybersecurity inspection across all units in the nylon business segment in accordance with Group requirements.
The inspection is being carried out in two phases: self-inspection and self-assessment by grassroots units, and regulatory inspection by Shenma Shares. The self-inspection phase runs from March 5 to March 9, during which each unit conducts inspections in accordance with the “Detailed Rules for Cybersecurity Inspection of Shenma Shares,” covering three areas: cybersecurity management, cybersecurity protection, and cybersecurity emergency response. From March 9 to March 20, Shenma Shares will organize an internal team of experts to form an inspection group and conduct centralized regulatory oversight of all units.
The inspection team conducted on-site inspections by reviewing security logs, testing system operations, and interviewing personnel at various posts. The inspection focused on whether dedicated cybersecurity management personnel have been assigned, whether cybersecurity risk monitoring has been carried out, whether measures for cybersecurity classification protection, log management, and the promotion of new-generation secure digital infrastructure have been implemented, whether regular cybersecurity training and education are provided, and whether a cybersecurity emergency response plan has been formulated and regularly tested through emergency drills.
The inspection revealed that all units clearly recognize the importance of robust cybersecurity and data security practices and are capable of leveraging supporting equipment to carry out cybersecurity maintenance. However, a small number of units were found to have inadequately standardized security log management, lax enforcement of security policies, and vulnerabilities in their emergency response plans. In response to these issues, the inspection team issued on-site corrective action requirements and compiled a detailed rectification checklist, mandating that production units complete the necessary remedial measures within a specified timeframe to ensure closed-loop resolution.
Cybersecurity is an integral component of an enterprise’s security management system. Shengma Co., Ltd. has consistently placed great emphasis on cybersecurity management. In 2025, the company established a Cybersecurity Leadership Group to coordinate and advance specific cybersecurity initiatives, including financial resource allocation, technical safeguards, regulatory oversight and performance evaluation, and public awareness and education. In 2026, Shengma Co., Ltd. successively conducted assessments of cybersecurity products and services across all units within the nylon business segment and initiated applications for special funding for cybersecurity projects, thereby continuously strengthening the foundation of its security management framework.
Going forward, Shenma Shares will accord cybersecurity maintenance the same priority as production safety, systematically conduct risk assessments, address potential hazards, carry out emergency response drills and safety training, establish a robust long-term management mechanism, and continuously enhance its comprehensive cybersecurity defense capabilities.
