To ensure the effective implementation of refined and standardized management, the Party and Mass Work Department of Shenma Shares, in collaboration with the Supervision Office, recently conducted two rounds of comprehensive, targeted oversight inspections centered on the “Four Zeros, Seven Essentials, Nine Dimensions” management philosophy. These inspections thoroughly assessed the progress of learning and communication, the practical application of the philosophy, and the effectiveness of problem rectification across all units within the nylon business segment, leveraging precise supervision to drive continuous improvement and upgrading of management practices.
This round of supervision adhered to the principles of full coverage, rigorous verification, and a focus on tangible results. By reviewing ledgers, conducting on-site discussions, carrying out field visits, and randomly checking study notes, the team conducted in-depth, frontline assessments of work quality and effectiveness. The inspection team reviewed more than 200 sets of records, visited over 20 frontline positions, and held discussions with more than 50 employees, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the actual progress and management practices across all units.
Since the launch of the special campaign, all units have promptly organized and deployed initiatives, leveraging bulletin boards, electronic displays, and dedicated training sessions to foster a robust learning environment. Through centralized lectures and team‑level discussions, they have thoroughly explained the core principles underlying the “Four Zeros” bottom line, the “Seven Essentials” guidelines, and the “Nine Degrees” standards. Upholding the integration of learning and application, each unit has embedded these management standards into every stage of production and team operations, while conducting self‑inspections and implementing corrective measures in alignment with the established requirements.
In response to the issues identified during the inspection, the inspection team has outlined specific measures for improvement. First, it will promote regular, tiered, and categorized learning to move beyond ad hoc, compliance‑driven approaches. Second, it will implement a problem‑list tracking and oversight mechanism, conduct post‑mortems on recurring issues, and ensure a closed‑loop remediation process. Third, it will guide all units in establishing a long‑term, integrated framework encompassing “learning, practice, self‑assessment, evaluation, and review,” embedding management principles into job responsibilities and the performance appraisal system.
Going forward, Shenma Shares will continue to leverage oversight and inspection as a key tool, closely monitor the effectiveness of corrective measures, and ensure the sustained and systematic implementation of the “Four Zeros, Seven Essentials, Nine Dimensions” management philosophy, thereby comprehensively elevating the level of refined management across its nylon business segment.
