Recently, Shenma Shares successfully passed the annual recertification audit of its corporate compliance management system. This successful audit marks another significant step forward in the company’s efforts to systematize, standardize, and institutionalize its compliance management framework.

On September 8–9, the audit team from China Inspection and Certification Group Henan Co., Ltd. conducted a surveillance audit of the compliance management system at Shenma Shares. Li Jinlei, Chief Legal Counsel of Shenma Shares, attended the audit. Legal and Compliance Department, Compliance management personnel from the Capital Operations Department, the Business Finance Department, the Human Resources Department, the Market Management Department, the Safety Production Department, the Nylon New Materials Research Institute, and other departments attended.

During the review period, the audit team rigorously aligned with the system standards and the relevant national, provincial, and industry laws and regulations. Through on-site inspections, document reviews, personnel interviews, and sample verification, they conducted an assessment across ten specialized compliance areas. The review focused on five key compliance management functions—safety, environmental protection, investment, finance and taxation, and financing—within three departments: the Safety Technology Department, the Capital Operations Department, and the Business Finance Department. This comprehensive evaluation examined the suitability, completeness, and effectiveness of Shenma Shares’ compliance management system, as well as its actual operational performance.

After two days of review, the assessment team fully endorsed the effectiveness of Shenma Shares’ compliance management system, noting that the company’s compliance governance framework operates smoothly, risk identification and mitigation measures are well implemented, policy enforcement is robust, and closed-loop oversight and corrective action are effectively in place. The team commended the system’s compliance and effectiveness, and unanimously agreed to pass this year’s annual recertification of the compliance management system.

Li Jinlei expressed his gratitude to the expert panel for their professional review and meticulous guidance. He stated that corporate compliance management is a systematic, long-term undertaking, and that, taking this review as an opportunity, the company will coordinate across all departments to firmly assign accountability for corrective actions and steadily advance all compliance‑related initiatives. First, he emphasized the need for high priority and immediate action: in response to the shortcomings identified during the review, the company will thoroughly analyze the root causes, develop targeted remediation plans, refine specific measures, and set clear deadlines to ensure that all issues are fully addressed. Second, he called for drawing broader lessons from individual cases and pursuing continuous improvement: by comprehensively identifying gaps in the operation of the compliance management system, optimizing business control processes, and refining the end‑to‑end management mechanism of “identification–supplementation–evaluation–standardization–enhancement,” the company will strengthen its overall compliance capabilities. Third, he underscored the importance of maintaining steadfast commitment and deepening the compliance framework: adhering to the principles of sound operations and compliant development, the company will continue to reinforce compliance awareness among all employees, integrate compliance requirements into its corporate culture and throughout the entire production and business cycle, thereby laying a solid compliance foundation for high‑quality growth.

Going forward, Shenma Shares will integrate compliance management requirements into every stage of its business operations, research and development, and reform and development, thereby strengthening its compliance management system, enhancing corporate governance effectiveness, accelerating corporate growth, and creating greater value for employees, customers, and society.
