Through scientific production scheduling and accelerating the implementation of environmental protection and technological upgrading projects, the goal is to minimize the concentrated emission of pollutants and ensure the continuous improvement of regional air quality.

         Since July, Shenma Group has proactively deployed air pollution control work. Combining the situation of air pollution control in autumn and winter in previous years, and summarizing experience and lessons learned in prevention and control, it has urged all units in the nylon sector to pay attention to the progress of work related to dust, the compliant disposal of solid waste, and the achievement of emission standards. Shenma Group requires that all units recognize the current situation, fully grasp the goals of the campaign, focus on key tasks, steadily improve the effectiveness of the campaign, pay close attention to key areas and key links, thoroughly identify shortcomings and weaknesses in the work, continuously improve the capacity and level of ecological environmental governance, focus on indicators such as the proportion of excellent days and PM2.5, and take multiple measures to promote the campaign to tackle air pollution.
         The Safety Production Department of Shenma Group gives full play to its leading role in coordinating various units and departments to fulfill their responsibilities and implement a joint prevention and control mechanism. Implementing relevant national policies, it jointly supervises and inspects the transformation and operation of pollution control facilities in enterprises within the park, urging enterprises to improve emergency emission reduction measures for heavy pollution weather, achieving early judgment, early action, and early control, and continuously promoting the reduction of air pollution concentration, pressure increase, and emission reduction to improve air quality to the greatest extent possible.

         With the arrival of heavy pollution weather in autumn and winter, various units in the nylon sector are focusing on key measures such as emission reduction, dust reduction, and vehicle control. Measures include optimizing processes to reduce exhaust emissions, purchasing new energy trucks and forklifts, installing fog cannon dust suppression systems, and developing contingency plans to ensure that all measures are effectively implemented and produce results. Strengthening the control of industrial exhaust gas emissions, promoting comprehensive control of coal pollution, strictly controlling road dust and mobile sources, effectively reducing local emissions, and substantially reducing pollution levels. Self-inspections, spot checks, and special inspections are carried out on the operation of pollution control facilities in industrial enterprises, smoke and dust control, and material storage yards. Actively carrying out the "Creating A, Promoting B" campaign to promote the green and high-quality development of enterprises.

         This year, the Curtain Fabric Company has promoted the upgrading and transformation of the immersion glue VOCs exhaust gas treatment facilities and the low-nitrogen transformation of the biphenyl station gas boiler; the Nylon Chemical Company has implemented the transformation of the torch system and the middle water system; the Nylon Technology Company has created a desulfurization and denitrification AI intelligent control system and completed the transformation of the waste liquid incineration device; and the Aramid Company has built a high-salt wastewater treatment system. A large number of environmental protection projects with significant effects and highlights have been implemented, demonstrating the positive actions and solid achievements of various units in the nylon sector in environmental governance and technological upgrading.
