On September 17, the highly anticipated 23rd China International Rubber Technology Exhibition grandly opened at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. This year's event boasts an impressive scale, drawing over 800 exhibitors from nearly 30 countries and regions around the globe. Spanning an exhibition area of 60,000 square meters, the show highlights cutting-edge innovations and technological advancements across the entire rubber industry chain—including rubber machinery and equipment, rubber chemicals, raw rubber materials, tires, non-tire rubber products, and rubber recycling solutions—making it a vital platform for global collaboration, knowledge exchange, and technological innovation in the rubber sector.

As a leading enterprise and pioneer in China's nylon 66 industry, Shenma Shares once again shone at the trade show. This time, the company showcased its core products—nylon 66 industrial yarn and nylon 66 dipped cord fabric—both of which serve as premium reinforcing materials for rubber tires and have proven their exceptional quality through rigorous market testing. Globally, one out of every four high-speed tires in use today features "Shenma"-branded products, a remarkable achievement that underscores the widespread recognition and trust Shenma has earned within the industry.
In addition to the core exhibits, the Shenma booth also showcased a diverse range of featured products spanning multiple industrial and consumer sectors. In the industrial sector, colored filaments produced using the original solution dyeing method come out with vibrant hues right from the extrusion process, significantly reducing dyeing and finishing pollution in downstream operations. Meanwhile, fine-denier fibers, thanks to their unique properties, play an indispensable role in applications such as sewing threads. Moreover, the ultra-high-strength industrial filaments—developed under a national key R&D project—are already being used in critical components for aerospace and aviation, highlighting Shenma's profound technological expertise and innovative strength in the realm of high-end materials. On the consumer side, downstream products based on nylon 66 civilian-grade filaments, including outdoor jackets and yoga apparel, made their debut simultaneously. These items combine exceptional comfort with outstanding durability, vividly demonstrating the promising potential of nylon 66 in the consumer textile market—and underscoring the close link between cutting-edge materials and everyday life.
Also worth noting is para-aramid fiber, which, alongside carbon fiber and ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene fiber, is known as one of the "World's Three Major Fibers" and is often hailed as "golden fiber"—a remarkable testament to Shenma Shares' cutting-edge, high-tech expertise. Possessing exceptional properties such as high strength, high modulus, flame retardancy, and chemical resistance, para-aramid fiber finds extensive use in critical sectors including aerospace, national defense, optical fiber cables, rubber reinforcement, rope, netting, and webbing, as well as friction materials and marine applications. At this exhibition, Shenma Shares not only showcased para-aramid long filaments but also unveiled a range of downstream application products, such as aramid conveyor belts, automotive high-pressure hoses, space station models, bulletproof vests, and bulletproof helmets—demonstrating comprehensively the entire value chain of para-aramid, from raw materials to finished end-products, and drawing numerous visitors to stop and engage in meaningful discussions.
At the global industrial layout level, Shenma Shares is strategically focusing on the "Eastward Investment, Westward Expansion, and Global Outreach" approach, accelerating capacity optimization and regional deployment. Taking its 20,000-ton-per-year differentiated nylon 66 fiber project in Thailand (Phase I) as a key foothold, the company is expanding its reach into Southeast Asia as well as European and North American markets. Additionally, the company is deepening its collaboration with the Ningdong Energy and Chemical Base in Ningxia, advancing a comprehensive nylon industry chain project that ensures a stable supply of raw materials and fosters a robust, integrated ecosystem to support industry growth. Looking ahead, Shenma Shares will gradually establish a new industrial footprint through these initiatives, aligning with core strategies such as "Large Nylon" and "Integrated Operations." By partnering closely with domestic and international collaborators, the company aims to extend its downstream industrial chain, continuously enhancing collaborative synergies across the value chain—and ultimately striving to become a world-class leader in high-end functional materials.
At this year's China International Rubber Technology Exhibition, Shenma Shares showcased its strong capabilities and innovative vitality in the upstream materials sector of the rubber industry, thanks to its robust product lineup spanning both industrial and consumer applications, as well as its clear strategic roadmap—earning high recognition from customers both at home and abroad. Moving forward, Shenma Shares will continue to uphold the development philosophy of innovation-driven growth, relentlessly enhancing product quality and technological expertise, and contributing even more to the high-quality advancement of the global nylon chemical industry and related consumer markets.
