The project will strictly adhere to the standards of "advanced processes, mature technology, reliable equipment, and economically sound operations," employing cutting-edge domestic production technologies. The goal is to achieve stable operation, low energy consumption, minimal emissions of the three major waste streams, and superior product quality once the facility is operational—ensuring that the products remain highly competitive in both domestic and international markets.

In terms of green development and safe production, the project adheres to the "Three Simultaneities" principle, ensuring that waste management, fire safety, security measures, and occupational health protocols are designed, constructed, and put into operation simultaneously with the main equipment.
