On October 17, the Party Committee of Hydrochemical Company held a symposium for newly hired college graduates in the conference room on the third floor of the Sinochem Building, aiming to enhance communication and exchange, as well as to guide and inspire these young professionals to quickly integrate into the company and contribute actively to its high-quality development. Members of the company's leadership team attended the meeting, along with heads of relevant departments and 31 newly hired college graduates.
At the meeting, company leaders warmly welcomed the newly hired university graduates and, drawing from their own experiences in learning and professional life, shared valuable insights on personal growth and workplace wisdom. They provided clear guidance to help the new hires quickly adapt to the corporate environment. Thirty-one newly hired university graduates took turns speaking, offering detailed introductions of their personal backgrounds, sharing their thoughts on the company's training programs, and enthusiastically outlining their future career plans and goals—demonstrating a proactive, positive, and ambitious spirit.
The meeting set forth clear requirements for effectively supporting the care and growth of newly hired college graduates. First, it emphasized the importance of paying close attention to everyday details such as the comfort of their living accommodations, the quality of meals in the cafeteria, and the convenience of commuting—while simultaneously monitoring progress in their learning and training programs, ensuring timely responses to their individual needs. Second, the meeting encouraged organizing a variety of cultural and sports activities, including friendly basketball matches, volleyball leagues, and outdoor walking events, to help employees stay physically fit and maintain mental well-being outside of work hours. Additionally, plans were made to establish diverse interest groups, such as reading clubs, photography enthusiast associations, and sports clubs, creating interactive platforms where employees can share interests, showcase skills, and build meaningful connections with peers, thereby enriching the cultural lives of new hires. Finally, relevant departments were urged to take this initiative seriously, collaborate effectively, and ensure that the care and development efforts for new employees are implemented thoroughly. The goal is for new hires to quickly embrace the company’s corporate spirit and culture, fostering a stronger sense of value and cultural identity, so they can approach their work with enthusiasm and vitality.
The meeting expressed three key expectations for newly hired college graduates: First, they should cultivate ambitious ideals and clear goals, carefully planning their career paths with a scientific approach. This means not only mastering job-related knowledge and performing their duties diligently but also strengthening collaboration with colleagues and continuously enhancing their professional skills—laying a solid foundation for taking on important tasks in the future. Second, they must always remain vigilant about safety, consistently reinforcing their safety awareness and improving their safety skills. They should strictly adhere to operational procedures, firmly committing to the principle of "no operation without ensuring safety," thereby effectively safeguarding both their own well-being and that of others. Finally, they should embrace a lifelong learning mindset, proactively staying informed about cutting-edge industry trends such as new technologies and artificial intelligence. Encouraging innovative applications of these advancements in their daily work, they can drive continuous improvement in both efficiency and quality through ongoing education and exploration.
Facing the company's thoughtful care and the leaders' earnest expectations, newly hired college graduates have unanimously pledged to stay confident, adopt a proactive learning attitude to continuously enhance both their technical skills and overall capabilities, and strive to shine brightly in their roles, injecting youthful energy into the company's high-quality development.
