To further enhance all employees' awareness of fire safety and improve their ability to respond effectively to fire emergencies and rescue operations, Nylon Chemical Company held a "119" fire emergency drill on the afternoon of November 13. This realistic, hands-on exercise embodies the safety philosophy of "Fire Safety for All, Prioritizing Life," enabling employees to strengthen their personal safety defenses through practical experience.
The fire drill simulated a scenario during the boiler ignition process at a thermal power plant, where an abnormality occurred in the ignition of the fuel oil gun, triggering a deflagration of the fuel-oil and pulverized coal mixture inside the boiler furnace. The resulting shockwave then ignited nearby waste bamboo fragments and debris, setting the area ablaze. As the alarm sounded, the company’s participating departments and personnel swiftly responded according to the emergency plan and the specific exercise protocol, following clear instructions. Overall, the drill maintained orderly operations and successfully achieved its intended objectives.
During the "119" Fire Safety Promotion Month in November, to continuously foster a strong atmosphere of "everyone prioritizing safety and being prepared for emergencies," the company established a 119 Fire Safety Promotion Month Leading Group. Under the theme "National Fire Safety: Life First—Safe Use of Fire and Electricity," the company hung promotional banners along its main thoroughfares and produced over 20 fire safety display boards, encouraging employees to learn about fire safety knowledge and emphasize the importance of fire prevention.
The company adopts innovative approaches tailored to local conditions, using real-life cases to deliver impactful safety awareness campaigns. It also conducts employee training on fire safety and organizes emergency evacuation drills, ensuring that staff truly master the proper techniques for firefighting, self-rescue, and escape—thereby enhancing their overall fire safety competence and strengthening the company’s ability to withstand potential disasters. Moreover, the company has refined its tasks and clearly assigned responsibilities, implementing a comprehensive series of activities and training sessions that have significantly boosted employees' fire safety awareness. Participants now possess essential fire safety knowledge and skills, while also improving their capabilities in emergency response, self-protection, and adaptability when faced with unexpected crises.
Next, Nylon Chemical Company will firmly establish the concept of safety development and risk awareness, actively enhance its internal safety prevention and control system, rigorously implement fire safety responsibilities, strengthen the construction of fire protection facilities, and make every effort to ensure the company's safe, stable, and sustainable growth.
