To thoroughly implement the superior authorities’ deployment for work safety during the Two Sessions, to draw profound lessons from recent industry accidents, and to strengthen and reinforce the safety protection network, Nylon Technology Co. has organized a comprehensive spring safety inspection across the entire company. On March 4, the company’s principal leaders, together with professionals from safety, production, equipment, and other relevant departments, went deep into the front lines to conduct a thorough review of potential risks and hazards, and to ensure that safety responsibilities at all levels are firmly established and effectively enforced.
The inspection team headed straight to the production workshop, tank farm, and sites housing major hazard sources, meticulously examining the operational status of critical equipment and verifying on-site whether personnel were following operating procedures. They conducted item-by-item checks on key areas such as monitoring of major hazard sources, operations at critical stages, smoke-free management, mobile phone usage policies, prevention of the “three violations,” and temporary facilities, ensuring no blind spots or omissions were left behind.
The inspection team emphasized that with the upcoming Two Sessions, ensuring workplace safety carries immense responsibility and presents daunting tasks. All departments must remain constantly vigilant about workplace safety, resolutely overcoming complacency and laxity, and uphold the bottom line of safety with a sense of responsibility that leaves them “never truly at ease.” The inspection team called for establishing detailed lists of identified hazards, setting strict deadlines for rectification, and implementing closed-loop management to ensure that all issues are thoroughly addressed and fully resolved. Taking this inspection as an opportunity, departments should draw broader lessons from specific cases, identify gaps and shortcomings, and earnestly strengthen and refine safety efforts, firmly preventing all types of safety incidents from occurring.
This inspection adhered to a problem‑oriented approach, rigorously enforced corrective actions, and further advanced the effective implementation of safety responsibilities and prevention and control measures at all levels. Moving forward, Nylon Technology Company will continue to strengthen safety risk management and hazard identification and remediation efforts, striving to maintain a stable and controllable production safety environment and create a safe and stable atmosphere for the successful convening of the Two Sessions.
