Recently, Wang Bing, General Manager of Shenma Shares (at the level of a deputy chief engineer of the Group) and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, led a delegation to Guangzhou to conduct on-site visits and research, as well as business negotiations, focusing on butadiene and sulfur procurement and nylon 6 chip sales. The mission aimed to precisely align cooperation needs, build consensus on development, and inject strong momentum into the company’s stable operations. Relevant officials from the International Trading Company and Shenma Shares accompanied the delegation.

Wang Bing and his delegation visit Guangdong. Jieyang Greater South China Sea Industrial Park

Mr. Wang Bing and his delegation first conducted a field visit to the Dahanan Industrial Park in Jieyang, Guangdong Province. Following briefings by relevant leaders of the Jieyang Municipal Government, they gained an in-depth understanding of the development trends in the park’s chemical and apparel industries, as well as the availability of production factors and supporting infrastructure. They also carried out a thorough investigation into market demand for nylon-6 chips and held discussions with key officials—including Zhong Jinhong, Director of the Management Committee and Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Dahanan Industrial Park, and Li Bo, Deputy Director—on such topics as matching supply with demand and fostering collaborative development across the industrial chain, with the aim of identifying potential areas for cooperation.

During their visit to the industrial park, Wang Bing and his delegation toured the PetroChina Guangdong Petrochemical Refinery located within the park, conducting on-site inspections of production operations and gaining a detailed understanding of the feedstock processing flow, capacity reserves, and supply assurance capabilities. According to reports, the refinery is currently operating normally, largely unaffected by the situation in the relevant regions. Its butadiene production line is capable of handling both light and heavy oil feedstocks, with an annual production capacity of 120,000 tonnes and a stable monthly output of 3,000–4,000 tonnes.

Subsequently, Wang Bing and his delegation traveled to the South China Petrochemical Sales Company of PetroChina in Guangzhou, where they held a focused discussion with Xue Guoxing, Executive Deputy General Manager of the company, and other relevant business leaders, primarily on butadiene. Following that, they met with Zhou Wenqin, Executive Deputy General Manager of PetroChina Fuel Oil South China Company, to discuss sulfur procurement.

During the field visits, it was discovered that several garment manufacturers in the region have a demand for nylon-6 chips. Subsequently, Wang Bing and his team engaged with the local garment association, conducted on-site visits to multiple apparel enterprises to discuss potential collaborations, and further expanded the sales channels for nylon-6 chips.

During his field visits, Wang Bing emphasized that the current period represents a critical juncture for Shenma Shares to deepen reform and enhance quality and efficiency. In the face of a complex and volatile market environment and sudden supply-chain challenges, ensuring a stable supply of raw materials and proactively adapting to market changes are essential prerequisites for the company’s sustained and healthy development. Shenma Shares will steadfastly pursue progress while maintaining stability, uphold core principles while fostering innovation, further strengthen communication and collaboration with all partners, pool collective strengths for development, expand areas of cooperation, continuously enhance supply-chain resilience and risk-resilience, and address development challenges through pragmatic measures, thereby elevating the company’s high-quality development to a new level.

At the conclusion of the trip, Wang Bing and his delegation visited the South China Branch and Shenzhen Shenma Company to conduct on-site research into the enterprises’ operational and developmental status. They gained a detailed understanding of the current progress in areas such as business operations, market expansion, and team building, and put forward specific work requirements for relevant staff at each unit regarding key priorities for the next phase.
