On the morning of April 2, the Party and Mass Work Department of Nylon Technology Co., Ltd. took the lead in organizing a temporary inspection team comprising more than ten personnel from safety and environmental protection, electrical engineering, instrumentation, and other specialized departments, along with employee representatives, to conduct an unannounced, on-site surprise inspection of the staff canteen and bathhouse. The purpose of this inspection is to promote the safety, reliability, and quality improvement of logistical services, thereby effectively ensuring the safety of employees’ meals and bathing during working hours.

At the staff canteen, the inspection team conducted a comprehensive review of employees’ health certificates, the expiration dates of food ingredients and seasonings, the operation of instruments and equipment, environmental hygiene, the procurement and storage of food raw materials, and the cleaning and disinfection of tableware. In addition, the team provided guidance on fire safety facilities, the storage and management of gas cylinders, the management of electrical equipment, and the establishment of fire safety management systems for the dining area.

At the employees’ bathhouse, despite the recently renovated facilities presenting a brand-new appearance, the inspection team conducted a meticulous and comprehensive review of ventilation and air exchange, sanitation and cleaning, operation of equipment and facilities, compliance with electrical and gas usage regulations, and safety warning signage, to ensure that the bathing environment is safe, standardized, comfortable, and reliable.

In recent years, the Party and Mass Work Department has consistently taken the lead in conducting unannounced spot checks on the staff canteen and bathhouse on a monthly basis, with additional ad hoc inspections carried out as needed. During these inspections, the temporary inspection team has demonstrated a strong sense of responsibility, meticulously examining each area, verifying every item, and recording all findings in writing. Identified issues are promptly communicated in written form, with strict follow-up to ensure that the responsible units implement corrective measures within specified timeframes and close the loop on each case. This approach effectively translates inspection and oversight results into tangible improvements in the quality of canteen and bathhouse services and in safety standards, thereby providing employees with a safe and comfortable dining and bathing environment and continuously enhancing their overall well-being.
