Each trainee was guided through practical exercises, with immediate feedback to correct any deviations in technique, and received step-by-step instruction to refine their skills. The competing participants observed carefully, engaged in repeated practice sessions, and meticulously refined every aspect of their performance.

During the preparation period, the contestants demonstrated a strong sense of honor and mission. To ensure they were fully prepared for the competition, they voluntarily gave up their lunch breaks and weekend rest, racing against time to conduct intensive training and dedicating themselves wholeheartedly to honing their skills.
