To further enhance the confidentiality awareness and capabilities of all employees and solidify the foundation for the company’s secure development, Shenma Shares, in accordance with the unified deployment of the State Secrecy Bureau, will conduct the 2026 Confidentiality Publicity and Education Month from April 15 to May 15.

Shenma Shares takes “Coordinating Development and Security to Safeguard the Enterprise’s New Journey” as its theme, and steadfastly upholds learning, publicity, Check, In assessing the four-pronged approach, all units within the nylon business segment are required to ground their efforts in the actual needs of enterprise development, deeply integrating confidentiality work with production and operations. Through a variety of measures—including confidentiality training, on-site inspections, publicity and reporting, and the selection of model units—efforts should be made to enhance the confidentiality awareness and competence of all employees and to improve the quality and effectiveness of the company’s confidentiality management, thereby fostering a healthy corporate development environment characterized by “using confidentiality to safeguard security and using security to drive development.”

Taking “learning” as the foundation, we have tightened the “master switch” for job-specific confidentiality. The company requires all production units to base their efforts on the realities of confidentiality work and the specific characteristics of classified positions, conducting specialized training for personnel handling classified information and grassroots confidentiality officers. The training employs a variety of methods, including lectures by experts, case analyses, and screenings of cautionary films, focusing on topics such as confidentiality laws and regulations, corporate confidentiality policies, and confidentiality risks in digital transformation—such as the use of AI tools and measures to prevent leaks during remote work. These efforts aim to solidify the foundations of confidentiality management at the source and enhance risk prevention and control capabilities.

Taking “publicity” as the starting point, we have tightened the “mental string” of confidentiality among all employees. The company requires each production unit to center its efforts around the theme of “coordinating development and security to safeguard the enterprise’s new journey.” This is to be achieved by hanging banners and posting thematic posters in key areas of confidentiality work across both production and office spaces, producing short videos on confidentiality knowledge, and organizing confidentiality knowledge competitions—among other initiatives—so that confidentiality awareness permeates every corner of the enterprise, takes root in the mind of every employee, and fosters a culture in which “everyone learns about confidentiality, everyone understands confidentiality, and everyone knows how to implement confidentiality.” a positive atmosphere.

Taking “inspection” as the guiding principle, we will build a robust security and confidentiality “firewall.” The company requires all production units to conduct targeted inspections of confidential areas, with particular emphasis on verifying that access control measures in classified zones are fully in place, that records and inventories of classified materials are complete, that approval procedures for borrowing classified documents are standardized, and that storage conditions meet the required standards. A problem-checklist and a rectification ledger shall be established, clearly defining responsibilities, corrective measures, and deadlines for remediation, thereby promoting standardized, normative, and institutionalized management of confidentiality work.

Using “evaluation” as the benchmark, we highlight the leading unit as a “barometer.” During the Confidentiality Public Education and Awareness Month, Shenma Shares will organize a special assessment and evaluation of confidentiality work across all units, selecting one to two units that have achieved outstanding results in this area as model examples. The company will then arrange for confidentiality personnel from all units to visit these benchmark units to observe and learn from their best practices in areas such as the management of classified information carriers, information system security, physical security measures, and the cultivation of a robust confidentiality culture. By fully leveraging the exemplary and leading role of these advanced models, the initiative aims to drive continuous improvement in the enterprise’s overall security and confidentiality efforts on a broader scale.

The head of the Legal and Compliance Department at Shenma Shares stated that, in the current environment of intense industry overcompetition and increasingly fierce rivalry, confidentiality work is directly linked to an enterprise’s data security and technological security, making it a vital component of overall corporate security. In recent years, Shenma Shares has implemented a series of effective measures—such as establishing a Confidentiality Committee, upgrading confidentiality infrastructure, publishing confidential-handling manuals, and designating specific positions as confidential—to continuously refine its grid-based management model spanning “business segments–production units–departments/workshops–business units/sections.” These efforts have significantly enhanced the quality and effectiveness of all security and confidentiality initiatives.

Going forward, Shenma Shares will take this Confidentiality Public Awareness and Education Month as an opportunity to institutionalize key initiatives such as personnel training, on-site inspections, and oversight and performance assessments, thereby rigorously upholding the bottom line of confidentiality. Enhance enterprise security management.
