On May 6, the first day back to work after the holiday, in order to firmly strengthen the company’s logistical safety safeguards and ensure the physical and mental well-being of employees as well as a safe production and living environment, the Party and Mass Work Department took the lead in convening a joint special inspection team comprising representatives from the General Office, the Production Department, the Safety Department, the AESA and Adipic Acid Workshop, and the Operations and Maintenance Company. The team conducted a comprehensive, all-encompassing safety and hygiene inspection of the employee cafeteria and staff showers, leaving no area overlooked.
The inspection team adhered to a problem-oriented, comprehensive screening approach, with a particular focus on meticulously examining the staff canteen’s kitchen preparation area, dining area, food storage area, disinfection facilities, and overall environmental hygiene. The team rigorously reviewed key aspects such as food hygiene control, tableware disinfection procedures, proper storage of supplies, operational standards for staff, as well as the availability of fire safety equipment and compliance with electrical and gas safety regulations. At the same time, the team conducted a step-by-step inspection of the public areas of the staff bathhouse, including bathing facilities, ventilation systems, floor anti-slip measures, plumbing and electrical wiring, and the serviceability of fire-fighting equipment, comprehensively identifying potential hazards related to environmental hygiene, fire safety, and facility operation.
During the inspection, the inspection team conducted a thorough and meticulous verification of each item, promptly documenting and categorizing any issues identified on-site to compile a problem checklist and a rectification ledger. The team then designated specific persons responsible for rectification, outlined corresponding corrective measures, and set clear deadlines for completion, implementing itemized management and ensuring time-bound, closed-loop rectification.
This post-holiday joint inspection has further strengthened the company’s foundation for safety management of logistical services and effectively identified and rectified safety and hygiene hazards in employees’ living areas. According to reports, the company conducts routine monthly inspections and controls of safety and hygiene in logistical facilities, rigorously and meticulously implementing all safety management requirements, continuously improving the dining and bathing environments for employees, and thereby providing a solid guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the company’s production activities and for employees’ peace of mind at work and in their daily lives.
