To thoroughly implement Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization and fully carry out the requirements of the Notice on Organizing 2026 World Environment Day publicity activities, the Safety Technology Department of Hydrogen Chemical Company recently, together with the Party-Mass Work Department and the Labor Union, organized a series of World Environment Day events under the theme "Comprehensive Green Transition, Building a Beautiful China Together." More than 100 employees from nine production workshops and seven administrative departments participated.

On June 4, the prize quiz officially kicked off at the staff training center. The quiz questions were closely aligned with the actual production of chemical enterprises, covering the PRC Ecological and Environmental Code, common knowledge of green low-carbon living, group environmental regulations, and other topics. The questions were multiple choice, of moderate difficulty, combining educational value with entertainment.

The activity was conducted by passing a red flower while a drum was beaten, with participants answering questions in turn. When the drum sounded the red flower was passed; when it stopped, whoever held the flower could choose a question number from the big screen to answer. Each participant had only one chance to answer. Correct respondents were immediately awarded an exquisite water cup, symbolizing gratitude and warmth. Those who answered incorrectly could choose to perform a short act on stage and would still receive a water cup; participants unwilling to perform were encouraged with applause and could try again in the next round.

The event also included a lucky draw in which company leaders used playing cards to select lucky audience members; those chosen came on stage to receive a water cup. The atmosphere was lively and orderly, and employees gained knowledge and enjoyed themselves through relaxed and pleasant interactions.

Participants said this fun and educational format helped environmental knowledge truly sink in, and that they would pay more attention to energy-saving details at work. They said they would take what they learned back to their posts, start with themselves and small actions, and actively practice green, low-carbon work approaches and lifestyles.

The company also hung environmental banners in each production unit area and set up environmental publicity boards in office areas and other crowded places. The boards were produced following frugality and pragmatism, prioritizing recyclable and reusable materials to put green, low-carbon concepts into practice through concrete actions and continuously foster a strong atmosphere of environmental awareness.
