On the morning of March 14, 2026, the Nylon Division held an open competitive evaluation meeting for the performance of the leadership teams of its factory-based units in the conference room on the second floor of the East Annex Building of Shenma Co., Ltd.

In accordance with the Group’s “Implementation Plan for Organizational Reform, Quality Improvement, and Efficiency Enhancement in the Nylon and Dual‑New Business Segments,” and with the approval of the Group Party Committee, the Nylon Segment has issued the “Notice on Public Competitive Recruitment of Leadership Team Members for Factory‑Based Units,” launching a public competitive recruitment process for the leadership teams of eight factory‑based units: Lianzibu Company, Longtai Company, Ningdong Project, Egypt Project, Puli Materials Company, Long’an Chemical Company, Engineering Plastics Company, and Jiangsu New Materials Company. The primary focus of this performance evaluation meeting is to assess the work performance of applicants over the past three years. Supervisors from the Performance Evaluation Working Group for Publicly Recruited Candidates at Shenma Co., Ltd. provided full‑time oversight throughout the process.
