To thoroughly implement the strategy of strengthening the enterprise through talent development, continuously enhance the overall competence of cadres and employees in the nylon business segment, and further improve the effectiveness, systematic nature, and standardization of employee education and training, Shenma Shares recently issued the “2026 Employee Education and Training Plan,” thereby comprehensively launching all related initiatives for this year’s employee education and training.

In 2026, Shenma Co., Ltd. plans to organize training for a total of 8,773 person-times, with a workforce training participation rate of no less than 95%. Specifically, all employees must complete at least 40 hours of training; key enterprise leaders, safety production management personnel, and personnel engaged in special operations (the “three categories of personnel”), team leaders, and all other employees must hold the requisite certifications before taking up their posts; all newly hired employees and those transferring to new positions must complete the three-level safety training program (company-level, workshop-level, and team-level); and star-rated operators must account for at least 80% of frontline workers.

Focusing on “quality and efficiency” and “intrinsic safety,” Shenma Shares, in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the Management Measures for Separating Teaching from Examination at China Pingmei Shenma Group, has organized all units within the nylon business segment to carry out robust personnel training centered on key priorities such as safe production, cost reduction and quality improvement, technological innovation, and lean management. The company is striving to establish a multi-dimensional, comprehensive training system that covers frontline workers, grassroots managers, production dispatchers, specialized technical personnel, and business management staff, ensuring full participation in education and training across the board and leaving no blind spots.

For frontline employees, Shenma Shares continues to advance the certification of professional skills, refining the number of highly skilled personnel hired, their compensation packages, and performance evaluation methods. The company encourages staff to enhance their vocational skills, actively participate in skill-level assessments, and thereby achieve career development and income growth through skill mastery. Shenma Shares requires all units to establish and improve a star-rated operator assessment system, guiding and motivating employees to transition and upgrade from single-position operations to multi-position and end-to-end process operations, thus building a high-caliber workforce characterized by “specialized expertise combined with versatile capabilities, adaptability across multiple roles, exceptional technical proficiency, and a strong sense of responsibility.”

Shenma Shares requires all units to strengthen systematic training for frontline managers—including production unit supervisors, technical personnel, and team leaders—on safety, process operations, equipment maintenance, and other relevant topics within their jurisdictions. This will be achieved through a variety of methods, such as centralized classroom instruction, in-depth analysis of typical case studies, and on-site drills, with the aim of comprehensively enhancing frontline managers’ awareness of safe production and their ability to manage and control risks.

For production dispatch personnel, Shenma Shares requires production units to conduct comprehensive, end-to-end training on all unit systems, with each unit receiving no less than two months of rotational training. The training combines theoretical instruction with hands-on field practice, with a strong emphasis on practical skills such as equipment start-up and shutdown, hazard identification and elimination, and unit operations. This approach is designed to enable production dispatch personnel to gain an in-depth understanding of every aspect of the unit’s safe production processes, thereby comprehensively enhancing their ability to effectively control the production system and respond promptly to abnormal situations.

For professional and technical personnel, Shenma Shares requires all production units to continuously optimize training methods through organized technical seminars, research project breakthroughs, online self-learning, and academic exchanges, thereby deepening specialized training programs for knowledge updating and skills enhancement. This ensures that professional and technical staff and researchers complete no fewer than 90 hours of annual continuing education, solidifying their knowledge base and strengthening their technical foundation.

For management personnel, Shenma Shares will centrally organize and offer specialized courses on strategic management, business operations management, financial management, AI application, risk prevention and control, and other topics. All units are required to ensure that their management staff participate in company-sponsored training and apply what they learn within their respective organizations, thereby integrating theory with practice and swiftly developing into high-caliber professionals who “understand the theory, master business operations, and excel in management.”

At the same time, Shenma Co., Ltd. will also vigorously conduct occupational health training, traffic safety training, and mental health education to comprehensively enhance the safety literacy, risk awareness, and psychological resilience of all employees, thereby promoting their physical and mental well-being.

The head of the Human Resources Department at Shenma Shares stated that education and training are critical measures for mitigating safety risks and enhancing production efficiency; they provide solid support for strengthening work style development and improving the quality and effectiveness of reform; and, above all, they serve as an important guarantee for bolstering the company’s core competitiveness and securing a proactive position in its development. Moving forward, Shenma Shares will, in accordance with the “2026 Employee Education and Training Plan,” refine training programs, clearly assign responsibilities, rigorously manage the implementation process, and strengthen outcome evaluation, so as to ensure that employee education and training efforts deliver tangible results and achieve real impact.
