On the afternoon of July 21, the Shenma Shares headquarters organized a table tennis tournament in the third-floor activity room. This event was part of a series of employee health‑management initiatives aimed at enhancing staff physical and mental well‑being. By fostering fun‑oriented competition and promoting active participation, it encouraged employees to step away from their desks, get up, move, and stay healthy—ready to approach their work with robust bodies and high spirits. Employees across the organization responded enthusiastically, actively taking part and relieving stress while strengthening both mind and body through sport.
This competition was conducted in strict accordance with standardized procedures and rigorous rules, featuring three stages: the preliminary round, the semi-finals, and the final. The preliminary and semi-final rounds were best-of-three, while the final was upgraded to best-of-five, ensuring a progressive, merit‑based contest. All participating employees were paired through on-site random draws. Throughout the event, proceedings remained open and transparent, with orderly organization, thereby upholding the professionalism of the competition while fully encouraging active participation from all. This allowed every employee to showcase their abilities in a fair and equitable setting.
On the court, the competitors focused intently, met each challenge with composure, and showcased their skills through crisp swings, pinpoint placements, powerful smashes, and solid defense. At times they engaged in steady, methodical rallies; at others, they launched aggressive attacks to close the gap. With one brilliant exchange after another and a series of swift, decisive exchanges, they not only demonstrated their refined table‑tennis prowess but also embodied a spirited, enterprising, and indomitable mindset—never giving up. Off the court, the watching employees were equally energized, their applause and cheers rising and falling in waves. They encouraged one another, exchanged friendly words, and fostered an overall atmosphere of warmth, camaraderie, and collective determination.
This competition, grounded in employee health management and focused on workers’ physical and mental well-being, effectively helped employees relieve work-related fatigue, relax both body and mind, and strengthen their physical fitness. At the same time, it further bridged gaps among staff, fostered team camaraderie, and reinforced a commendable ethos of striving for excellence and advancing through collaboration.
Going forward, the Shenma Shares Trade Union will continue to deepen its efforts in employee health management, leveraging cultural and sports activities as a key means of caring for employees and strengthening team building. It will organize a wide range of health‑related and cultural‑sports events on an ongoing, diversified basis, encouraging all employees to adopt sound exercise habits and maintain a healthy work‑life balance. By doing so, they will be better equipped to fulfill their duties with robust health, high morale, and unwavering enthusiasm, injecting sustained momentum into the company’s high‑quality, steady, and sustainable development.
