“The display board is placed here, so everyone can see it on their way to and from work, making it very convenient for learning.” On September 17, in front of the office building of the Engineering Plastics Technology Development Company, a red-and-blue cybersecurity awareness display stood out prominently.

From September 14 to 20, National Cybersecurity Publicity Week was observed. To deepen public awareness of cybersecurity, strengthen the company’s cybersecurity defenses, and effectively enhance all employees’ cybersecurity awareness and risk‑response capabilities, the company aligned its efforts with the campaign theme “Cybersecurity for the People, Cybersecurity by the People—Safeguarding the Digital Age.” Through meticulous planning and deployment, and leveraging a variety of channels—including informational display boards, digital screens, and short educational videos—the company organized a series of engaging cybersecurity outreach activities, fostering a strong corporate culture in which “everyone learns about cybersecurity, everyone understands cybersecurity, and everyone upholds cybersecurity.”

The offline promotional display boards are tailored to the corporate office environment and employees’ daily lives, focusing on key topics such as cultivating cybersecurity awareness, practical tips for mitigating everyday online risks, safeguarding personal privacy, adhering to safe and responsible internet‑use guidelines, and recognizing telecom and cyber fraud. The content breaks down complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, easy-to-understand language. Positioned in the main circulation areas of the office building, these boards encourage passersby to stop and browse, enabling bite‑size learning and seamlessly integrating cybersecurity education into everyday routines and subtle moments.

Meanwhile, the company is making full use of digital display screens to create a “Mobile Cybersecurity Mini‑Classroom.” These screens continuously loop short educational videos on topics such as Wi‑Fi security, proper password management in the workplace, network virus prevention, and secure office‑network practices. The content is closely aligned with the realities of the company’s digital office environment, effectively addressing gaps in cybersecurity knowledge across all employees.

The company The head of the General Office stated that, in the next step, The company will continue to conduct regular cybersecurity risk assessments and organize company-wide cybersecurity training, ensuring that cybersecurity awareness is firmly embedded in the minds of all employees and laying a solid security foundation for the company’s high-quality development.
